House in green setting with garden in hamlet

My accommodation is 1 km from Belmont de la Loire, village with local shops, (bakery, butcher, restaurant, distributor, pharmacy) 4 km from Chaufailles, Bourgogne border, all shops, supermarkets, swimming pool...... Ground floor, living room with kitchen area, living room, dining area (table for 8 p), a bedroom (140 bed), a small bathroom, with shower and sink; separate toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom (140 bed), one dormitory bedroom (3 single beds) open to the staircase. The space Hiking or biking, Belmont lake, discovering Charlieu, the Romanesque churches of Brionnais, or 1/2 hour to the Lac des Sapins de Cublize..... Family home where I like to come too, I leave a basic set of kitchen items, each to be replaced as needed, with respect for the next traveler... Guest access you have access to the whole house, garden, cellar, only the garage is not available Other things to note The dormitory room upstairs is open at the top of the stairs, it is the room with 3 single beds, for young children access to the stairs is secured by a barrier. in between seasons, spring, autumn, I ask for a contribution of 0.18 cents per KWH over 40 KW per day. Firewood for the fireplace is available under the house.
