The recently renovated country cottage is surrounded by olive groves and enjoys a breathtaking view accompanied by a regenerating silence. It is divided into two apartments, one in which I live and the other available to guests is totally independent. It is located less than 10 km from the center of Viterbo, 12 km from the Terme dei Papi, 5 km from San Martino al Cimino, 5 km from Vetralla and exactly one hour from Rome by car. The space The cottage is surrounded by a large garden that you can enjoy in complete exclusivity. Guests can eat in the shade of the gazebo equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue. The sun loungers allow you to sunbathe, and in the evening they give you the opportunity to admire the stars immersed in a wonderful peace. For children, it is a spectacular experience: they can enjoy the outdoor spaces independently and without danger, being in contact with nature and interacting with the cats of the house. You can take walks, even along the Via Francigena, which is nearby. The apartment is on two levels, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine and a large living room with 2 double sofa beds. Upstairs, in addition to enjoying a breathtaking view and panorama, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, and a large bathroom with shower. Guest access The house is very comfortable, with large and bright rooms and services. Outside the kitchen is the gazebo, so you can eat in the garden with great comfort and convenience.
