Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN! The space Traveling with little luggage is made easy here - the cozy studio apartment has everything you might need, even for a longer stay. A short, 5-minute walk from the center of the historic salt mining village, it is easy to feel at home in this privately-run holiday apartment, which, in addition to all the comforts, also offers a small outdoor area for breakfast in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. Adjacent to the tiny, hidden patio, I have renovated a small balcony for you. When the weather gods play along, it’s a lovely place to enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake, to lean back and unwind, ... Guest access Free parking on-site! An absolute rarity in Hallstatt, as space is scarce and parking for non-locals not possible in the center. You will be parking on my property. But again, don't forget there are STAIRS to climb! So, travel light - everything you need is already in the apartment! Huge, heavy suitcases are not ideal. *!* Please note: in very snowy winters, parking on the property is not possible - unless you shovel the snow away by yourself! :-) Sorry, but I'm physically not able to do it any more. * Option 2: inside parking at extra costs at the park house "P1”. Check hallstatt net for info and prices. Other things to note The local tourist tax is not included in the price. It is currently €3 per person per night, increasing to €4 on 1 October 2026. It is payable on arrival. This tax may vary from city to city and from county to county. ______ From November to May it is quiet and relaxing in Hallstatt, the hustle and bustle of summer and thus the main tourist season is over.
