The holiday home “Joana” is a very quiet and affordable holiday home located only a short drive away from the sea The space This beautiful finca comes with its own pool and pergola. The house is located on a little hill, surrounded by meadows and fields, olive, fig and almond trees. The vastness of the landscape and the view of the surroundings as well as the closeness to the monastery of Sant Salvador are only two reasons to rent our this property! Access to the finca is through a wooden gate; following a dusty road one gets to the house. The paved courtyard is ideal for breakfast, tricycle riding and Frisbee or ball games for example. A pine tree and a palm tree stand in the garden, they have been there for decades. The swimming pool is at the back of the house; walk alongside the house to get there or walk through the house and you will get to the rear garden with the sun terraces, the pergola with a dining table underneath and the barbecue. We are sure you will spend most of the time on this side of the property playing games, reading, eating, staying in the pool or relaxing. Behind the pool there is a practical bathroom with a tiled shower, perfect to have a shower after swimming. In the house, there are two large main rooms, separated one from another by a wide arch. The reception room is separated from the living-dining room. If you keep doors and windows open you will let the fresh breeze invade the ground floor. On the ground floor we also find the kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and of course, the stairs to the upper floor. On the upper floor we find a further double bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room with satellite TV. There is also a Cot and a high chair for infants to sit at the table. There is WI-FI connection throughout the house and in some parts of the garden.
