Bright above Sázavou house in the center with garden

It is a 1925 house with a garden in the city center. Světlá nad Sázavou is located in the center of the Czech Republic between Prague and Brno. The center of Prague is 100km away by car. There is also a direct train connection, both to Prague and Brno. The trains run during the day at an interval of 2 hours. The house has many books in German, novels, dictionaries, traveler's books. Guests from German-speaking countries are welcome. It is possible to take trips to nature by bike along the Sázava River is a new bike path and bike rental. The space The perfect place to take a break from the hectic city life. There are only neighbors' gardens around. A total of five gardens and no dog. It is a house from the First Republic (1925), in the center of the city and yet a very quiet place. On the opposite side of the street is a music school on the top corner, in the middle of a three-story apartment building in the street, owned by apartment owners, and a former post office on the bottom corner. Our house has a large garden with fruit trees. The house has original furniture from a great-uncle, a government council from Prague, and some of the furniture from the castle in Choltice. For guests, there is a large library not only of Czech and German books after the great-grandfather, the directors of the town schools in Světlá nad Sázavou and the great-grandfather of Choltic, but also the Ukrainian ones from Galicia. Guest access In the house there are all rooms accessible: kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room, and garden outside. The guest bedroom is a room at the end of the hallway upstairs with two windows to the northeast. During your stay I live in the house, so I'm available to guests. Other things to note A member of our home is a black cat, which we allow to stay outdoors. They can walk out with an open window in the basement.
