Refurbished 20s house 20 minutes from city centre

Our place is a charming 1920s house located 10 minutes from Gothenburg city centre by car, or a 10 minute walk to a travel centre that takes you to the city centre in just over 10 minutes by tram or bus. The area is calm and family friendly, with parks and playgrounds around the corner. The house has recently refurbished bathrooms, a new kitchen and high speed fiber internet with wifi. The space The house is quite quirky, with three levels (ground floor, first floor, second floor) + a roomy basement. In 2021, we added an extension, making the bedrooms a total five. Apart from the existing seven beds, we can comfortably fit four-five more people on mattresses and spare beds. Guest access You'll have full access to our house, apart from the bathroom in the basement that is under renovation. However, there's another bathroom on the second floor + a wc on the first floor. You'll access the house using a code, so there's no need for keys. Other things to note We have a cat, but she won't be at home while you're staying in the house.
