Ideally located 5 minutes' walk to the sea and the pretty sandy beaches as well as the city center, this superb apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. It is completely renovated with all comforts, very friendly, very bright with sea view. The sun in the morning for quiet lunch on the terrace and in the afternoon to read. Parking included. It is on a very quiet street you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, casino, entertainment. The space We bought this apartment as we loved the location near the beaches and close to everything. We really like to spend our quiet holidays in this place and we discovered a beautiful area near the sea, close to the mountain and even Italy where we will regularly spend the day. We are Parisian publishers and love hiking . The nearby Cap d 'Antibes is a beautiful walk not to be missed. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment privately for you. Other things to note We have completely renovated this apartment to make it an easy , cheerful and comfortable place. We don't get tired of its brightness and its kitchen open to the living room where it's good to cook with the sea view. Its 2 balconies, one on each side allows you to enjoy the sun on one side and the coolness to read or rest on the other without any nuisance . The street is very quiet even during the very busy summer periods. Parking is very useful during high season.
