Charming farmhouse near the site "Roches du Diable" A beautifully renovated farmhouse with fireplace and wood burning stove, set in 0.5 ha of garden in the heart of the Brittany countryside. Our house comfortably sleeps 12 people (+travel cot for 1 baby is available on request) and possibilities for 14 people. All amenities (electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels & cleaning) are included in the rental price except for 3-days or less short stay (bring your bed linen, in this case) The space Spend a weekend with friends or family in the countryside by the fire. Peace and greenery, evenings by the fire, walks in the sunken lanes, mushrooms, mountain biking along the river. ACCOMMODATION Large groups possible (13 adults). You can comfortably sleep four couples (3 double bedrooms + 1 double bed in the office) and 5 children in the dormitory (4 bunk beds + 1 bed). We provide a cot, a pushchair, a baby bouncer and a changing mat for babies. NEARBY - Roches du Diable nature reserve, site of the 2013 Eurolympic kayak championships - Numerous mountain bike trails, downhill venue for mountain bikers (stage of the Brittany championship) - magnificent walk along the River Ellé, sunken paths and mushrooms all around the house. In summer, there is a lovely freshwater swimming area in a shady natural setting. The area is popular with anglers. Guest access Rooms, bathroom, shower, toilet, living room, kitchen, wifi. Other things to note Warning: ⚠️ there are several hazards in the south garden of our house for young children: - a fallen oak tree that children like to climb - a pond - a ruin. Parents are entirely responsible for access to this garden. There is another garden to the north of the house, large enough for playing football or making tree houses.
