Large Bedroom with King Size Bed

The room is large with king size bed. There is a kettle and tea, coffee , milk ,fruit provided . The house is undergoing some work after having a new heating system installed. The room is lit by a floor light and bedside lamps which are as efficient as a central or wall light and don't detract from the comfort of the room . A basket with Shampoo, conditioner, tissues provided . The bathroom is private .There is a comfortable sitting room and dining area for guests . Longer stays welcome . The space The house is on a quiet private drive on the edge of the Clwydian Hills and Offas Dyke path. The house provides a place to relax , work, study and explore North Wales and the Borders. Guests have use of a sitting room and dining area with a large table to eat or work . Ruthin with lots of pubs and eating places is less than 2 miles away . Guest access The bedroom is through the main house at the side of the house in an extension down one step and is quiet . Private bathroom . Dining area and a sitting room is for the use of guests During your stay I'm always around to help while respecting the privacy of those staying. I'm very happy to recommend walks , places to eat and visit. For those without transport I can offer lifts. Offa's Dyke walkers are very welcome and I'm happy to give lifts from Clwyd Gate and Moel Fammau car park. Other things to note The house is in a rural area on a private lane . The house is a family home with some work in progress however it is a welcoming and a peaceful environment . The nearest town is Ruthin approximately one and a half miles away . If guests are walking the Offas Dyke path I am happy to provide a lift at an agreed pick up point . Breakfast is not included in the room rate but I do provide cereals, fruit jams tea, coffee, and bread for toast. Vegans are very welcome and I'm happy to provide vegan milk vegan spreads for toast
