5 minutes from the main train station and breakfast

The apartment is centrally located, the private bedroom with double sofa and garden view. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is coffee/WiFi tea. Washing machine and dryer. Free parking in the vicinity between 6pm and 8am (see+down). Bus 1 min away. Walking 10' to the train station/ 15' to the old town. Aare and Lorrainebad are 3' walk. The space The room has a sofa, a table, a desk and a bookshop, so you have all the privacy. New mattresses and 2 different pillows. A full kitchen for cooking with breakfast included (basic) let me know if you are going to have breakfast please and you can also prepare a relaxing tea in the evening. You can consult me for anything you might need :) Guest access You will have access to your room with double sofa and mattress on the floor, desk with ergonomic chair, kitchen (use, wash and dry), bathroom. Washer and dryer for 10.- extra *Check-in after 3pm *Check-out until 11 am. Important: You will have to leave the room clean and tidy when leaving. Booking details such as address and arrival will be sent a few days before the arrival date, via the app and by email. During your stay I like to talk a bit with the guests but I am also respectful of the space. If I'm not there you can send me messages here or by WhatsApp. I speak some English and Spanish and Chris, my husband, also speaks German, French and Italian. Other things to note PARKING in the blue zone in the neighborhood (marked with blue lines on the street) from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 pm and 8:00 am is free, while between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm it is free for up to an hour and a half and you have to change places.
