Local Chinese, Indian & English restaurants & pubs 3/4 mile away. Near to Junctions 12 & 13 M5. Parking for 1 car. The space The annexe is a 2 storey building. It is modern and furnished as a small house. Completely self contained. Guest access Guests are free to come and go as they please. They have access to the garden and seating when the weather is suitable. Also exclusive use of the hot tub and sauna during their stay. Times for the Hot Tub & Sauna are 10am - 10pm. This is to allow daily maintenance and also for respect to our neighbours. Other things to note Guests have a parking spaceon thedrive. Sometimesthe space has to be juggled about.
