The 3.5 apartment with terrace and garden is beautifully located in the countryside at the Selfranga ski lift. It offers an ideal starting point for leisure activities in summer and winter. Sports center with tennis, outdoor pool, ice rink and curling, Selfranga ski lift, winter hiking trails, bike trails and cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. Klosters-Platz center, train station and Gotschna train are within walking distance. In winter, the valley descent leads to the front door. Underground parking space available. The space 70 m² modern living space - underfloor heating, spacious living room with TV, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, coffee maker with beans). Bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and bedroom with bed (80 cm) and bunk bed (each 90 cm). Bathroom/toilet and toilet, bike and ski storage as well as basement compartment for storing suitcases or similar. Bed linen, towels and hand towels are provided. Guest access The whole apartment, including terrace and lawn are available. Winter sports equipment can be stored in the ski room. In addition, part of the basement compartment can be used as storage space, e.g. for suitcases or sleds. Other things to note The apartment is good for adults up to four people or families with two adults and three children. Important information regarding mandatory guest tax (guest card). A guest tax of CHF 5.50 per night will be charged for each guest staying in the municipality of Klosters-Serneus (children up to 12 years free). This guest tax is not yet included in the rental price. The guest card offers our guests a variety of discounts and opportunities in the Davos/Klosters region. More information and the guest card can be obtained from the Klosters tourist office. During the winter high season, we rent the apartment only from Saturday to Saturday.
