Kilmartin Cottage, Staffin is a spacious bungalow overlooking Staffin Bay. Located just above the shoreline, it enjoys uninterrupted views of the Torridon mountains, the Quiraing and even the Isle of Lewis on a clear day. With walks from the doorstep to the Quiraing and along the coast to find dinosaur footprints at Staffin Beach, it is ideal for people looking to enjoy the great outdoors! The space Kilmartin Cottage has a spacious entrance hall, perfect for leaving muddy shoes at the door and drying any damp clothes. The living room has large picture windows making the most of the views. The sofa's are very comfortable and are the ideal place to watch the world go by! There is FreeSat TV and WiFi, just in case the mist rolls in! The lounge leads into the dining room where there is a family dining table seating 6 people. The large kitchen has ample room for everyone to help with family meals. There is an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. In the utility room there is also a washing machine and the back door leads into the garden. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with W.C. and wash hand basin. There are large mirrored wardrobes to store clothes as well as bedside cabinets. The other two bedrooms both have bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes, one is a double room and the other is a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a walk in shower, bath, W.C. and wash hand basin. Outside there is ample parking for up to three vehicles. The cottage is surrounded by a grassy garden with plenty of space for kids to run around in! Important Information: Families are welcome at this property. Cot and high chair available: Please bring your own linen for the cot. Linen, towels, electricity and the final clean are included in the rental. Additional charges :This is a pet friendly property welcomes strictly 1 pet. Pet fee of £50 per pet per week payable at time of booking. Other charges will only occur for breakages or extra cleaning. The owner would appreciate it if the cottage was left in the same order as you found it. Many thanks. Whilst we hope that none of our guests experience issues during their stay, we do need to point out that due to the cottage's location on the Isle of Skye, some services can be tempermental and can take a lengthy delay to get resolved. Internet speed can be very slow and the service can fluctuate during the day and week. Mobile phone signal is very patchy on the Isle of Skye. Also, to replace any broken appliances, it can take weeks for a delivery to happen. We will at all times try our hardest to rectify any issues but please bear with us as there can be issues due to location that are out with our control.
