It also has 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, with all these rooms open to the 52m2 of adjoining terrace, equipped to enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable stay from breakfast until sunset. We take care of your well-being with heating throughout the flat and blinds and exterior awning in summer. The cross ventilation throughout the flat creates a healthy and fresh atmosphere in summer. We have a very good WIFI connection to be able to work or enjoy the Smart TV and its streaming. Our guests can have two bicycles at their disposal on request to enjoy the kilometres of bike lanes on the island of Arosa. Ideal for families, we have a cot and high chair available on request and a multitude of toys and games for your entertainment.
