Roomy Space in a safe quiet centrally-located Home with Private entrance. Suburban setting close to I-75, I-94 and Southfield Expressways. 5 miles from Dearborn, Ford Motor World Headquarters and Greenfield Village. 2 miles from a major shopping center. Downtown Allen Park Restaurants within walking distance. 13 minutes from DTW airport and Downtown Detroit. Free Street parking daily except Wed 8 - 5pm. The space Ideal for solo student and business travelers in town for work, university, concerts or sporting events. Full standard-size bed and work space/lounge area. Shared bathroom with freshly refinished bathtub. Private entrance with two steps. Guest access No handicap accessibility. Must climb two steps to access room and one step to access the bathroom. You will share the bathroom with one person (myself) and have access to the refrigerator, microwave and tap water in the kitchen. Laundry is not available to guests. During your stay I work weekdays from home at least 40% of the time. Your room is in an occupied home and we will share the same bathroom. If you require a high level of privacy and pristine accommodations, there are multiple hotels in the area that I can recommend. Other things to note No street parking on Wednesdays 8am - 5pm due to trash day. My driveway is available during this time if needed.
