"The Winery"

Our house is an ideal residence for a family or a group of friends to spend a holiday together in a quiet and peaceful apartment. The inside is very large and confortable; outside there is a garden facing the towers of S. Gimignano: the landscape in breathtaking. The space Historically the apartment was an antique “cantina”. The apartment has two floors connected by a circular wooden staircase. On the groundfloor you’ll find an open plan large dining room, a table with 16 seats and a sitting room with two sofas in front of the fireplace. Through an arch there is a large, well equipped modern kitchen. On the same floor there is a separate double bedroom with bathroom on suite and another bathroom between the kitchen and the dining room. The upper floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a hall leading on to the adjoining garden. Therefore, in total, in the apartment there are two double bedrooms, another bedroom with three single beds and 3 bathrooms. There i salso the possibility to have another single bed upstairs and, downstairs, one sofa can easily be changed in to a small double bed. For “large” families or groups there is the possibility to accomodate children in a cosy mezanine floor. Private car parking in included. Other things to note The rooms on the upper floor are air-conditioned while the downstairs room benefits from the cool temperature of the spaces that were once used for aging wines.
