Rats Retreat

Situated in South Northamptonshire, just two miles from the market town of Towcester. Rats retreat has been converted to retain many of its historic features. This cottage has beautiful views through the full length, glazed, feature arches where from the downstairs open plan kitchen, dining and living area you can enjoy views of the small pond which, belongs to the cottages and houses an abundance of visiting wildlife. Please note the property only caters for 8 guests to include infants The space Outside there are communal courtyards which include seating areas and barbecue facilities, a large pond and paddock, that houses an abundance of wildlife, and an easily accessible network of public footpaths across surrounding farm land and countryside. We have quick and easy routes to us from both the M1 and M40, so finding us is uncomplicated and you don't need a 4x4 to visit!
