Our place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the lake beach, trains & buses, mountain railway, mountains. You’ll love our place because of the kitchen, the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, & the views. Our place is good for solo female adventurers & business travelers. Ideally positioned for commuting to Zurich, Zug, Luzern, Schwyz, Brunnen and also Italy - Milan. YOUR BOOKING WILL BE DECLINED IF YOU HAVE NOT READ & COMPLY WITH OUR HOUSE RULES! The space Uniquely located to suit train traveller's going between Italy and Switzerland with beautiful mountain and lake view's. Guest access We place guests always in a private room. You would stay in a 20m2 room with a sofa bed. Guests have access to a large bathroom with bath and shower and large open plan kitchen/dinning/living room. We also have a terrace. For guests arriving by car, their is plenty of paid parking spaces near the apartment. During your stay I will be on hand for any guest needs, I am very respectful of guests privacy and work from a private office at the residence. Therefore guests use the space without much interuption. Luggage drop off on you day of arrival is normally possible. Luggage storage on day of departure is also normally possible. Other things to note We have the capability for bike storage if guests wish to bring their own bikes. This also applies for skis, snow boards etc.
