The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator. The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close. The bedroom is a separate room. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and bathtub. A small balcony to the courtyard is equipped with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast in fine weather. Guest access The apartment is initially accessible via the entrance gate and inside via the staircase or elevator. The gate can be opened with a gate opener. The upper left button (with the dot) opens both gate wings, the upper right button only one half of the gate. The house entrance is behind the gate on the left. Next to the entrance to the house there is another button for the gate. This also opens a gate wing. Other things to note In about 5 minutes you can reach a new Rewe market on foot. It is open Mon-Fri until 10 pm and Sat until 8 pm. Our parking space in the courtyard (on a double parking space) can be used with vehicles up to a height of about 1.50 m. Unfortunately, the surrounding streets can only be used by residents for parking. The best alternative (if our parking space does not fit) is therefore the Hirschgarten parking garage 5 minutes away. The 24-hour rate there costs 15 euros. The city of Erfurt levies a cultural promotion tax of 5% on all overnight stays, which is already included in our overnight stay prices.
