This fully renovated barn has 2 adjoining 4-star apartments, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms, each with its own living space on the ground floor. A common entrance provides access to the 2 apartments and allows the entire property to be rented. This house is located on the heights of a typical village in the Lot department, which was formerly a free city surrounded by ramparts with its castle. Shared swimming pool open: June, July, August and September (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). The space The "Bouriane" cottage has a living room on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction stovetop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), a living room, and a dining room that opens onto a private terrace with an exceptional view of the countryside (toilet and sink on the ground floor). Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a shower room and toilet. The terrace overlooks a garden with access to the shared swimming pool. The pool is open during the summer months of June, July, August and September from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day. From the end of April, we can open the pool and close it around mid-October, depending on our technical department and the weather (please inquire). Guest access private parking inside the property Other things to note The minimum rental periods for the months of July and August are by the week from Saturday to Saturday. In March, April and October, the minimum stay is 2 nights, and in May, June and September it is 3 nights. Cottages are closed in January, February, November and December. Electric car charging available (pricing on site). Two electric bikes can be rented, subject to availability (pricing on site). The pool is open in June, July, August and September. From the end of April, we can open the swimming pool and close it around mid-October, depending on our technical service and the weather (please inquire). This house is located in the department of Lot, on the edge of the Dordogne. Its geographical location offers a wide variety of landscapes within a maximum one-hour drive. Starting with the closest, the Cougnac caves are 5 minutes away, and Grolegeac and its canoe base are 8 minutes away. From there, you can descend the Dordogne valley and swim in the river at its beach (a magnificent site)...
