This fully renovated barn has 2 adjoining 4-star apartments, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms, each with its own living space on the ground floor. A common entrance gives access to the 2 apartments and allows a rental of the whole. This house is located on the heights of a typical Lot village which was formerly a free town surrounded by ramparts with its castle. Shared pool heated during the summer. The space The "Bouriane" gîte has on the ground floor a living room composed of an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave), living room, dining room opening onto a private terrace with exceptional views of the countryside (hand-washing toilet on the ground floor). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with a shower room and toilet. The terrace overlooks a garden with access to the shared pool and heated in summer (June, July, August and September). From mid-April we can start the pool and close it around mid-October depending on the weather.
