Polonezköy Country Club is located in the heart of Polonezköy Nature Park, within the Polonezköy Wildlife Park and Zoo. Although our club is a private boutique hotel within the Zoo, our guests stay in this park and should be ready for an adventure in beautiful and close contact with nature and animals. Barbecue service is offered in the evenings along with our breakfast service to the houses. The space If you want to spend time with animals and nature, this is the only thing that makes us unique. While we are listening to hundreds of species with the pleasure of waking up with them here, we spend our days with dozens of species in their free nature... Guest access Our guests can access the pond area and the boat at any time of the day, and during the day they can access the safari forest track and animal park areas. Also, our swimming pool in our accommodation... Other things to note - We carry out all your transactions online within the framework of the measures we have taken. For your Online Check-In transactions, you must enter your credentials and HES codes into the system via the Online-Check-in link we will send you before your arrival. - Guests who do not declare a HES code are not allowed to check in, even if their reservations are confirmed. -We serve breakfast to your house/room until 11:00. We do not serve breakfast after 11:00. Breakfast is on the house. -Our restaurant and kitchen are closed except for breakfast service. You should come with your own food for meals other than breakfast. -There is no restriction on bringing your food and beverages (except for the Park Room, no food or beverages are allowed in the Park Room). There are refrigerators in the houses. However, you should not take them to parking areas outside your house's garden. -There are plates, forks, knives, spoons and glasses in the houses according to the number of people. You can get support from the reception regarding cooking sets (e.g. Pots, Pans) - No refunds are given in case of cancellation or no-show. - No overnight guests are allowed. -You can spend all day in the park after check-out. - Be careful not to scare or frighten any animals. Some are very tame, if you allow them, they will come to you... - We kindly ask you not to take any animals into your room. Some are very tame and may insist on coming in. But remember, they live outdoors they live outdoors and they all have their own way of warming up. The houses are heated for your comfort during the winter months, and when you bring them in, you disrupt their health balance. This puts their lives at risk. Please take this into account. -There are many animals roaming freely in the park and forest. People who do not like one-on-one contact with animals are kindly requested to take this into account. -We are in an ecological transformation project with the goal of "Zero Waste". We separate our waste. To support you during your stay, we would like you to collect your organic waste in small buckets that you will receive from us. We blend our organic waste with soil and pass it through a natural fermentation process to recycle it into the soil and produce fertilizer. -You should definitely not give bread to deer and horses. When they eat bread, their stomachs swell and they can die. Their digestive systems are not suitable for digesting it. We also recommend that you enjoy giving your remaining bread to the swans and geese in the pond in the morning. - For the safety of other animals in the park, we cannot accept any pets. This is because most animals roam freely in our park. Deer, pheasants, storks and the park's St. Bernard dogs will be walking around. Dogs in the park can react to unfamiliar animals, and deer can harm themselves out of fear. -It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground, and the next reservations of guests who are found to have thrown their butts on the ground will not be accepted. We have created a very nice environment here and we share it with you. Just as you don't want to see garbage and cigarette butts on the floor in your house, we expect you to show the same sensitivity outside. In addition, free-roaming birds and animals can be harmed by eating them! *Wearing a face mask is still mandatory in indoor and common areas. -We expect you and all your guests to have read this link.
