Residential apartment in Palma Nova on the seafront facing south and with exceptional views of the bay with spectacular sunrises and romantic sunsets. Very comfortable. Air conditioning. Close to supermarket, free parking, shops, cafes, restaurants TAXI + BUS closeby. This apartment is aimed at those tenants who for professional reasons, sporting events, nautical events, teleworking or other non-tourist reasons need a temporary NON-VACATION residence. The space The apartment has been completely renovated to luxury standards in all its facilities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has air conditioning, a spacious living room with an XL sofa bed and panoramic LED Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime etc. The bedroom is comfortable and cozy with large wardrobes for clothes. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and glassware, including wine glasses for your enjoyment. The bathroom is brand new and the terrace has the best sea views of the beaches of Palma Nova. This apartment is ideal for those tenants who, for personal or professional reasons such as teleworking, training courses, conferences, nautical competitions and sporting events or other non-tourist reasons, need a temporary residence on the Island. Guest access This apartment is in a non-holiday residential building, so the tenant agrees to respect the rest and silence times. The apartment has everything necessary to live comfortably in it. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and hair dryer. Upon arrival you will find bed linen and towels for your entire stay as well as dishes, kitchenware and utensils but we clarify that we do not clean or replenish kitchenware or replace sheets or towels during your stay. For stays of 2 months or more, a bill of €125/month will be charged along with the rent receipt for the supply of electricity, water and internet. Other things to note 1) We are leasing this property under Law 29/1994 of November 24th, on Urban Leases, meaning we are not subject to Law 18/2012 of July 19th, on Tourism in the Balearic Islands. This apartment is suitable for couples and families, not for groups of friends. It is intended for anyone who, for professional reasons, training, teleworking, social events, sporting events, or any other non-vacation purpose, must travel to our island for certain periods of time and need a home equipped for that purpose. We assume that the persons who contact us are aware of and accept the conditions set forth herein, as stated in the simple "non-vacation rental" contract. We also want to clarify that we do not provide any services specific to or complementary to the tourism industry, nor any of the services specified in Article 51 of Law 8/2012, of July 19, on Tourism in the Balearic Islands. We also do not have a 24-hour telephone service or provide maintenance services. 2) Check-in is flexible. However, please note that there is a late check-in fee of 30€ after 2000 hrs and 40€ after 2300 hrs. Registration number City registration pending.
