Cozy apartment with an electric charging station

Hi! Our small non-smoking apartment is located in Vieselbach, a quiet district of Erfurt, not far from the cities of Weimar and Jena. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people (with extra bed). There are buses and trains to Erfurt almost hourly (not on weekends and holidays) so we are very well connected. We are a family of 5. Our guests use their own kitchen/bathroom. We have 4 dogs. Please read our guest manual before submitting your review. Thank you. The space Our non-smoking accommodation consists of a living/sleeping room with a cozy double bed for up to 2 people and a sofa bed for 1-2 people as well as optionally a folding bed for 1 person and a baby crib. 3, maximum 4 adults or 3 adults and up to 2 children, including 1 baby, can sleep comfortably here. There is also a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. A private bathroom is also available for our guests. Children up to 2 years sleep with us for free. The use of the washing machine and the condenser dryer is ONLY possible after PRIOR arrangement and registration and is subject to a fee! Access to the apartment is via the shared staircase and the shared hallway on the 1st floor of our house. Our dogs usually only stay in the basement and on the outdoor grounds. Guest access The apartment is on the upper floor of our house and can be reached via the shared entrance/ hallway in the stairwell. The apartment, bathroom and kitchen are for your own use. The courtyard and house entrance as well as the staircase with hallway are shared. Our children's rooms are on the same floor as the apartment. In the house and on the property live 4 large, very well-behaved family dogs that are accustomed to guests. Please don't book with us if you have any concerns! During your stay We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems during your stay. Wallbox and washing machines can only be used after prior registration and arrangement for a fee. Check-in from 4 pm - 8 pm (other times only by prior arrangement!) Check-out by 11 AM. Please inform us of your arrival time at least 1 day in advance. REVIEWS after check-out: For us hosts, it is never nice when we first learn from a public review that the guest was not satisfied with something. Give us the chance to create a great stay for you together. Please read our information in the guest manual beforehand. Example: Our non-central location is NO reason to deduct stars; it was actively selected by you (e.g. for cost reasons); accommodations in the city are also more expensive due to higher expenses of the hosts! That's why we're not worse, we just have a different location. Thanks very much. Other things to note Check-in from 4 PM - 8 PM, check-out by 11 am! Unfortunately, bringing your own animals is not permitted. Wallbox/electric charging station available on the property only after prior registration and arrangement for a fee. Absolutely non-smoking, so only for non-smokers or Smoking only possible in the yard. Glass waste must be disposed of by the tenant himself. There are 4 dogs on the property, but they are very friendly and used to guests. The washing machine and dryer can only be used by prior arrangement and for a fee of €5 each with your own detergent. Hanging wet laundry in the apartment is not permitted. Manual adjustment of the heating thermostats in the bathroom and apartment is prohibited. The heating system is automated and is regulated by the landlord by arrangement. No accommodation for extra guests without prior arrangement and paid booking! In the event of violations, the booked stay will be canceled immediately! Access to the apartment for the renter must be guaranteed at all times.
