Nice and cozy. The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and another with a bunk bed of 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, capsule coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower gel, hairdryer, and towels. A large living room with a sofa bed, and a terrace with a table and chairs. Air conditioning in the living room and common corridors. All bedrooms have bedding and blankets. The apartment is located in a residential area, and out of respect for the other neighbors, making noise after 10:00 PM is prohibited. We ask that our guests leave the apartment in good condition in terms of cleanliness, without garbage in the kitchen, or dirty dishes. Trash bags should be deposited in the trash containers that we will indicate upon arrival.
