Quiet and comfortable room with easy access to amenities such as shared bathroom. The house is just beside Seacroft Hospital, close to Temple Newsam and Crossgates Train Station. Complimentary private parking is offered. The house is located just off the A64 York Road which runs into the city, meaning you can get to Leeds city centre around 15 minutes by car. The location also has excellent bus routes to and from Leeds running every 15 minutes. Please feel free to contact us for any questions. The space Relaxed, easy-going space lived in by two busy, friendly, professionals. Living room can sit comfortably seven people and the dining room is the favourite room of the house as the owner likes to cook. There's also a bit of storage space downstairs so if you have a bike or something that we might be able to accommodate. This room has wardrobe space and for added convenience, we also provide fresh towels and bed linen Guest access Wifi password and local guides available on arrival Shared bathroom and electric shower Dining area Cutlery glasses and plates Any other use of amenities can be requested for an extra charge During your stay As homeowners, Jean Paul and I are both friendly, open and sociable, but also appreciate guest's time and space. On the day of your arrival, we will be here to open and the door and greet you—no key box or impersonal check-in. All our guest are welcome to chat and ask anything about Leeds and our area. We can recommend restaurants to our guests. Do not hesitate to ask info as we are more than happy to help and make your stay a bit more special. Other things to note Shoes We kindly ask that guests remove their shoes upon entering the home. A space is available at the entrance for you to leave them. Smoking & Alcohol We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol on the premises. Thank you for your understanding. Bathroom The guest bathroom is for your use, and on occasions when we have other guests staying, it may be shared between them. Meals & Eating We kindly ask that guests avoid eating in the bedrooms. You're more than welcome to use the dining room downstairs, which is available for all your meals. Kitchen Access To help us maintain the kitchen for everyone, we ask that guests use the designated appliances only — including the microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
