Quiet and comfortable room with easy access to amenities such as shared bathroom. The house is just beside Seacroft Hospital, close to Temple Newsam and Crossgates Train Station. Complimentary private parking is offered. The house is located just off the A64 York Road which runs into the city, meaning you can get to Leeds city centre around 15 minutes by car. The location also has excellent bus routes to and from Leeds running every 15 minutes. Please feel free to contact us for any questions. Living room can sit comfortably seven people and the dining room is the favourite room of the house as the owner likes to cook. There's also a bit of storage space downstairs so if you have a bike or something that we might be able to accommodate.
