Amazing Stone house at Skadar lake

This is beautiful stone house located in village Rvasi, 2.5 km away from Karuc and 8 km away from Rijeka Crnojevica. With a great view of the vineyard this is perfect place to stay if you are visiting amazing nature around Skadar lake. The space This is beautiful stone house, that my parents built with lot of love few years ago. It has private (350 meters) road that leads you directly in front of the house. There are large lawns all around the house. If you take few steps down you can reach vineyard and basement with our little vinery. House itself is around 100m², with two bedroms (one bedroom with king size bed, a the other one with two big beds), big living area wit sofa bed, dinning room and kitchen. There is one large bathroom and one small toillet. There is large terrace with the view of the vineyars, and one small house at the side, which is our summer kitchen. This is amazing place to have barbique with your family and friends. The house is 17 km away from the capital of Montenegro Podgorica, 28 km from airport Golubovci, and 22km away from old Royal capital Cetinje that abounds with cultural and historic monuments. Budva, the metropolis of Montenegrin tourism thanks to the great number of beaches is 45 min away from the house. Guest access Guests enjoy all the amenities: modern and functional kitchen, with everything you need to cook and clean, including a dishwasher, bathroom with shower (shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer included), heating, washing machine with detergent, a balcony with a view. Other things to note Since the village does NOT offer shopping facilities, supermarket or bakery please take some supplies with you before arrival in Podgorica. Also, since October 20th 2019 Sunday is NOT working day for all supermarkets and shopping mall so they are all closed. It is just working days for gas stations, pharmacies and bakeries
