Dog walking woods by car park. A mile away is the pretty Mumbles village with its many shops, eateries, parks, coastal walk, Victorian pier and historic Oystermouth Castle. Ty Coed has a private outside seating area with views to Bishopstown Nature Reserve. Parking for 2 cars on the driveway The space The Space Ty Coed (Tree House) offers compact, spotlessly clean and comfortable self catering accommodation on a designated chalet park with an large outdoor sitting area and your own private parking alongside. Situated just a few hundred yards from superb Caswell Bay and i mile from Mumbles village. The price quoted includes all bedding , a towel bale per person, a tea towel and bath mat. In additional we leave you some cleaning products, washing up liquid and a toilet roll. Guest access Living Area The chalet is tastefully decorated is a seaside theme. The living area comprises a compact fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, kettle and refrigerator with small freezer compartment. Fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. A tea towel is provided plus a wash cloth. Hot water supplied to the sink, electric heaters on the wall. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas. There is a new good sized TV with in-built DVD player. Radio. The dining table to seat four. The wifi system has been upgraded and is available in the chalet. The code will be left for you. A welcome booklet with full instructions of appliances, local walks and eateries etc has been created to make your visit more enjoyable. Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single bunk beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, equipped with coat hangers. Bedside light. Hairdryer provided. Bedding The following linen is provided: 3 Duvets with covers 2 pillows (with cases) per bed Mattress protectors Fitted sheets Lightweight blanket per bed. Bath and hand towels Please bring your own beach towels. Shower room/toilet A bathroom with a modern quality shower, toilet, heated towel rail and wash basin with sockets for electric toothbrushes and razors. Hot water to the basin and one or two toilet rolls are provided. Outside space The chalet is detached and sits in its own flat, decked area with views over the chalet park and Bishopstown Nature Reserve. Patio furniture is provided with umbrella. A higher seating area is perfect for your morning coffee and that gin and tonic at the end of a hot summer's day. Private parking alongside for 2 cars. Other things to note Two dedicated parking spaces. There is a limited amount of spare parking on site for any guests Pets One well behaved dog per booking is welcome during low and mid periods but regrettably we cannot invite dogs to stay during July and August. Registered guide dogs excepted. Please observe the following requests when booking with a dog: - No dogs in the bedrooms or on the beds, chairs or settee at any time. - Please bring all your dog’s equipment – bedding, towels, food/water bowls etc. - Dogs must be kept on a lead within the chalet park and not cause noise nuisance to neighbours. - Fouling must be picked up immediately and disposed of carefully. - Dogs must not, under any circumstances, be left alone in the chalet at any time
