A tasteful family home with hints of mediterranean influence from the host, situated on the outskirts of Durham city centre just over 2miles and about 10min by bus. The iconic image of the Cathedral can be seen from the top floor of the house. Newcastle is only 10min by train or half an hour by car with close access to the motorway. Great countryside with fishing lakes and beautiful walks, trails and bike rides are on the doorstep. Picturesque seaside beaches are very close for day trips.
