Ideal for groups ranging from 4 to 20 guests, this inviting Barn House features two private bedrooms, a cozy loft, and additional sleeping space in the spacious living room. Guests can enjoy a variety of ranch activities and amenities, including exclusive waterfront and dock access. Take advantage of the provided kayaks, paddle boards, and towels, and savor your morning coffee on the deck while immersing yourself in the tranquil wildlife surroundings. Please note that it does not cover the adjacent event space or the downstairs event space. These additional areas are available for rent at an extra cost. Other things to note Please note the following guidelines for your stay: Stair Access: The living areas in the barn require climbing a flight of stairs. Water Activities: Participants engage in water and dock activities at their own risk. Life jackets are provided on the dock and must be worn by all participants. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited before or during any water activities. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only at the fire pit. Footwear: For your safety, all guests, especially children, must wear appropriate foot coverings when outside the Barn house. Farm Safety: Please observe all safety signs around the farm and refrain from feeding the animals to ensure their well-being.
