The Lake Étival Cottage

Pets not allowed. Heating not included. New cottage located in the Haut-Jura Regional Park, between lakes and mountains. Quiet on a private 1004 m2 unfenced lot. Quiet and rest assured in a real green setting 800 m from Lake Étival (swimming, walking and fishing). In winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding in Prénovel (8 km), downhill skiing in Morbier (25 km) or Les Rousses (35 km). 3-star gîte The space Weekly rental during school holidays. From April to the end of September, rental from Saturday to Saturday only. HEATING IS EXTRA ACCORDING TO CONSUMPTION (to be paid at the end of the stay): 6 euro per bag of pellets and 0.25 euro Kw/h (10 Kw/h offered per day). The cottage, very comfortable, can accommodate up to 5 people and 1 baby. On the ground floor, bedroom 1: A large 23 m2 room with an equipped kitchen, a dining room with TV, pellet stove and a sliding bay window overlooking the terrace. A bedroom with a 140 bed with storage. A bathroom with a large shower, sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. Upstairs: a living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi and a play area for children with board games and books. One bedroom with 3 beds of 90 with storage. Baby equipment available (chair, bed, bathtub and changing mat). Terrace with garden table and chairs, umbrella, BBQ and 2 sun loungers. No pets allowed. Sheets, towels and tea towels not included. Possibility to rent sheets (10 euros for a double bed and 8 euros for a single bed). Cleaning fee of 60 euros (optional). Guest access Chalet entier. Other things to note Upon arrival, we will ask you to choose whether or not to have the cleaning package (€60). If you do not purchase this package, we ask that you return the chalet clean and tidy upon checkout.
