The Thatched Cottage

This unique thatched cottage in the scenic village of Denholm has charm and character throughout, the perfect countryside escape (imagine "The Holiday" Christmas movie vibes). The village has everything you need; butchers, pub, Italian restaurant, cafe and a small shop. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walking routes, cycling, golf & fishing. Then come home to cozy up infront of the stove with a board game or a movie. The space Living Room: 2 sofas, log burner and dining table. Kitchen: fully equipped with everything needed to cook and a nespresso coffee machine. Bathroom: Bath with shower. Bedroom 1: spacious with a king size bed. Bedroom 2: upstairs suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom *** please note very low beams come with risk of head bumps so please be careful! Both bedrooms have room for a travel cot if needed. Garden: Very spacious enclosed and private garden with a large lawn and a seating area. Other things to note Low ceilings and beams pose a risk so anyone renting the space must be cautious and accept that we take no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the stay.
