Great room in beautiful house

I live in the heart of Toronto in a vibrant, safe, friendly neighbourhood, an 8 minute walk from Lawrence subway and steps from terrific shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. A commute to most major destinations (AGO, ROM) takes just 30 minutes! The space My house is gorgeous, quiet and spotlessly clean and the neighbourhood is wonderful. Please enjoy the garden and patio in my spacious backyard. Guest access I would be happy to make my guests coffee in the morning. The living room is available for use, however the kitchen is not. Street parking is available. During your stay As much as the guest would like! I am around and happy to be a part of your visit and help you any way I can, and equally happy to leave you alone to enjoy your stay. Other things to note There are 2 single beds which accommodate 1 person each. I use soft water throughout the house. I have a water filtration system installed and you can use it to fill your water bottles as needed. You are welcome to use my bike as well. In addition, I expect my guests to return before midnight, so as to respect the quiet in the house and in the neighbourhood.
