On the territory there is a gazebo with a barbecue, lawn, garden, vegetable garden, fountain with a recreation area and parking for cars. The local beach is 300m away. Beautiful nature and clean air. Shops and restaurants are 7 minutes away by car. Other things to note Attention! Utilities (water, sewage, electricity) are paid separately, at the end of the stay of our guests at the rates in force on the current date in our garden cooperative.
