Quiet room near Munic

The space The accommodation is based on the whole top floor (30 square meters) of our house in Puchheim west of Munich. Ideal for 1-3 people. One room with a TV, wardrobe, desk, bed (90x200cm) and a second room with large sofa-bed (140x200cm) and small open kitchen. A small bathroom is also available. The bathroom is not yet renovated, but clean. Wireless internet available. Very quiet, no traffic noise. The house is currently occupied by me (Mark), my friend Connie and our cats Hercules and Darina. Restaurants and shops are within easy reach by bus or on foot. The bus stop is only 200 meters from the house. S-Bahn station Puchheim or Grobenzell / Lochhausen. Only 30 minutes to Central Station Munich or to the Oktoberfest, but more than one and a half hour with train to the Airport.
