Studio in chalet at the foot of the slopes Menthières

Studio "La Grange" in the family-friendly and authentic ski resort of Menthières (Chezery Forens) on the heights of Bellegarde-sur-Valserine. Resort located on the Jura mountain range. TGV train station 15 minutes' drive. Ideal setting for rest, hiking, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. A tree climbing park installed in July 2020 for the summer. The studio is on the ground floor of a pretty chalet. Next to the chalet is the sled run and the children's ski lift. The space The studio consists of two rooms. Upon entering, you will find a kitchen with a removable table that fits the space perfectly, as well as a sofa bed with mattress and a separate toilet with sliding door. A glass door separates the two spaces, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed, shower and sink. The studio faces south, with unobstructed and not overlooked views. You will also appreciate, during sunny days, the small outdoor terrace, with a wooden table and benches. Other things to note We are in a small warm and friendly hamlet. There is a superb restaurant that offers mountain specialties "La Gentiane". Further down, there is a goat cheese dairy, "La Ferme de Menthières", which sells delicious goat cheeses (no production in winter) and in summer a magnificent tree climbing park spread over 2 hectares brings joy to young and old. Please note that there is no convenience store or grocery store in the resort. However, you can do your shopping in Bellegarde-sur-Valserine, 15 minutes from the station or in the grocery store in the village of Confort 7 km away.
