We worked our butts off to bring you something unique. The complex has 4 separate units, each unique to one another. Plenty of privacy, with a shared courtyard so you can get to know your fellow travelers. You're staying within a few blocks of bars and restaurants and coffee shops. If you don't want to walk, just take the trolley, it stops directly in front of the property and is free! Similar to well-known nightclub districts in other major cities, much like Atlanta's Buckhead district and Miami's South Beach, most of Downtown Scottsdale's major bars and clubs are generally located within walking distance. Crowds of over 40,000-strong are known to congregate to this area The Phoenix area can be overwhelming to someone not familiar with the city. You won't go wrong with this choice, or location. Old Town is awesome. Guest access The front and back yards are shared. Your unit is private. Other things to note NOTE: In effect, noise disturbance in Scottsdale Arizona is in full force. We enforce this rule to the full extent. If we get noise complaints from fellow neighbors after 10pm, we exercise every right to vacate the guest with NO refund. Parties are illegal on Airbnb and strictly enforced along with loud noises after 10pm. Per the city of Scottsdale law, loud noise disturbances are fined upon all parties in particular, hosts, which we impose onto the guest. Please just be respectful to your fellow neighbors and keep noise levels down to a minimum. It's the city of Scottsdale law, not ours.
