A beautiful gite near Jugon Les Lacs

This gite is located in the tranquil countryside just a few miles from Jugon Les Lacs, Côtes-d'Armor, Brittany which is a petite cité de caractère and there are the most wonderful sandy Brittany beaches just 20 minutes away. The nearest large town is Dinan with Dinard and St Malo just a short distance. The space The gite is fully equipped with a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The large lounge has sofas, dining table and chairs and a log burner for the chillier evenings. There is French and English TV and books and games are provided. There is wifi in the gite. There is also a utility room on the ground floor with lavatory and washing machine. The first floor has a shower room with lavatory and basin, a twin bedded room and a double room with a kingsize bed. There is private off road parking and a garden with a pergola, tables and chairs, and barbecue. Guest access Ferries are easily accessible with Roscoff 1 hr 30 mins, St Malo 45 mins and Cherbourg 2 hr 30 mins away. There are lovely walks with the nearby Lac D'Arguenon. The owner lives next door and is on hand to provide information and there is storage in the barn for bikes, kayaks etc should you wish. The village of Jugon Les Lacs has 2 banks, a bar tabac, several restaurants, hairdressers, dentist, doctors, local producers, florist and a mini Carrefour. The nearby town of Plancoet - 15 mins away has all amenities including 3 supermarkets etc.
