Newlands is a real home from home, perfect for families: EXTRA LARGE HOTTUB SKY TV/DISNEY+/NETFLIX SMART TVS NESPRESSO VERTUO MACHINE TOYS/BOOKS We provide some lovely local goodies for our guests, along with a bottle of wine to enjoy on arrival. The house is a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach and restaurant, and Shoalstone outdoor pool. A 10 minute walk will take you into the town with its lovely seafood restaurants and cocktail bars. Berry Head nature reserve is a 10 minute walk. The space Newlands is a family friendly property, it’s light and airy and is a very generous size, luxuriously decorated with modern furnishings. *We do not accept bookings for stag/hen or other party groups* We try to make travelling with children as easy as possible, we have child friendly plates and cutlery, a play house, toys, books and games to keep little ones entertained. Newlands benefits from two lounge areas, the main lounge has a river flame fireplace for the colder months, whilst the second lounge area comes off the kitchen/diner with patio doors to the back garden. Sunny front and rear gardens benefit from seating/eating areas with an extra large hottub in the rear garden The front garden has a large trampoline with safety net. A charcoal BBQ is provided, perfect for those evenings when you want to relax at home after a day of sightseeing. Large lounge with river flame fireplace, 52inch TV with Sky, Disney+ and Netflix The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher/microwave/large American Fridge/Freezer. Nespresso machine - please bring your own pods. Upstairs front bedrooms enjoy sea views across to Torbay. The house benefits from a large master suite with sea views, a Super King bed, a huge en suite bathroom with double jacuzzi bath. Upstairs has a further two bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The downstairs double bedroom looks onto the front garden and has a shower room next door with large walk in shower. Board games and toys can be provided, along with buckets and spades and garden toys. We can provide a travel cot and high chair on request (please bring your own bedding for the travel cot) Dogs considered on an individual basis. Guest access We have two dedicated parking spaces and there is plenty of free on road parking. There is a bus stop outside the property providing an hourly service into the town.
