Cozy and Quiet Room/Uni/HdM/STEP/City

Our house is located in a very family friendly and quiet area right at the University of Vaihingen, HdM, STEP. Public transport is easily accessible on foot and you are in the center of Stuttgart, Vaihingen and even at the airport/trade fair in no time. The space You get your own bedroom and share a very large and bright kitchen with us. We only use the bathroom every once in a while to wash your hands etc. You have the shower only to yourself. Guest access You still have access to the kitchen, the dining area and terrace. You can use the kitchen to prepare cold food, microwave and toaster available, cooking by the stove is not permitted. There is a compartment available in the refrigerator if you need it. During your stay If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.
