Stairs lead to the main floor: living, kitchen & dining areas, 1/2 bath, laundry. 2nd flight of stairs leads to the Master Bedroom (King)w/private deck & a 2nd bedroom (Queen). 2 bathrooms (2 showers/1 tub). The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside, only underneath the condo. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules. The space The kitchen is stocked for you to cook at home. You are also welcome to use the charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter or matches, etc. Grill must be kept on the concrete area underneath the condo. You can enjoy the picnic table located underneath the condo. On the main level deck, you can relax on an outdoor sofa or have a seat at the bistro table overlooking one of the pools. Take a stroll down to the pool to enjoy the cabanas. Please bring your own beach towels. Non smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed inside nor on the decks but you may smoke underneath the condo on the concrete area. The condo association does not allow for guests to bring any type of watercraft due to limited parking but there are places on the island that could accommodate you. No pets are allowed-the condo association only allows for owners to have pets and they must be leashed. Only 2 vehicles are allowed for this condo and must be parked underneath. Guest access You have access to the entire condo. Park underneath the condo. Only 2 vehicles are allowed for our unit. The property manager lives on site and will leave parking passes on the door for you. Please follow the check out instructions that are placed on the refrigerator before your departure. Please leave the air conditioning on during the summer months, when you check out. Other things to note -Check in is 4 pm. Please be respectful of this check-in time as the housekeeper needs the entire time allowed between guests to clean thoroughly. -Each pool has a pavilion to provide shade for your use. -There is a beach area you can access using the boardwalk. -We have a picnic table as well as a redwood table underneath the condo for your use, as well as a charcoal grill, but please bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter or matches. The grill must be kept on the concrete at all times. -We provide: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 garbage bags, one small hand soap in bathrooms, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, towels, wash cloths, bed linens, pillows, hair dryer, iron and small ironing board. -We have a regular coffee pot, a Keurig, microwave, toaster, 2 crock pots, rice cooker, blender, and an electric mixer. -Smoking is not allowed in the condo nor on the decks but is allowed underneath the unit. There is a picnic table located underneath as well as a charcoal grill. -No pets. The complex does not allow any pets on the property other than owners pets, who are always leashed. -The condo association does not allow guests to bring any type of water craft due to limited parking. (The marina on the island may be able to accommodate you if you have a watercraft) No skates, skateboards or roller blades are allowed on the complex and no bikes are allowed on the boardwalk leading to the beach.
