The apartment (30 m²) is part of a single-family home, which was completed in December 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with sink and a separate shower offer every comfort you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away. The space A spacious kitchen and a cozy bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and a sofa and beautiful views. Guest access The apartment also has an outdoor seating area where you can fully enjoy the warmer days. Other things to note SUMMARY: From the apartment you can walk within 10-15 minutes to Lake Cauma or to the Flims cable cars. The shopping facilities can also be reached within this time frame. In about 50 minutes you can walk comfortably through the forest to Lake Cresta. The lookout tower "il Spir," from where you can admire the Rhine Gorge, can be reached in about 1 hour. W I N T E R: The house is located on the Waldhaus-Unterwaldhaus slope extension (if there is enough snow!). You can drive from Promenada Street to the house. To get to the mountain railways, you can either walk about 5 minutes or ski or snowboard down the slope to Unterwaldhaus and take the shuttle bus to the mountain railways.
