It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment. The space Access to washing mashing at a cost of 25,- DKK per wash. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor. It has it's own separate entrance. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
