For nature and trekking lovers, we offer a unique experience and structure. Casa Vigna is surrounded by the vineyards and olive groves of the Grimaldi estate, about 200 meters above the town of Bessimo Superiore (BS), from which it enjoys a splendid view of the valley up to Lake Iseo. CASA VIGNA CAN ONLY BE REACHED ON FOOT THROUGH A HISTORIC UPHILL MULE TRACK THAT LEADS FROM BESSIMO TO LAKE MORO. THE TRAVEL TIME IS 20 MINUTES. The space Each housing unit has a kitchen at your complete disposal equipped with appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), dishes, pots and pans and a moka pot for coffee. Sheets and a set of towels are also provided for each person. The houses are devoid of any food and it will be your responsibility to provide for the shopping before your arrival (there are several shops and shopping centers in the town from which the mule track starts). CASA VIGNA has: - on the first floor: a kitchen with dining room, living room, sofa bed (2 seats); a bathroom with shower; - on the second floor: a double bedroom; a bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with a large shower. - a separate apartment on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchen, a living room, a sofa bed (sleeps 2), and a bathroom. Guest access To reach the Podere di Grimaldi, you need to take a 20-minute walk from Bessimo Inferiore. The first meeting with guests will take place in the parking lot of the Adamello Shopping Center, where luggage will be collected and transported to the houses via a cable car used exclusively for the transport of material. We provide these luggage transport services at the time of check-in (Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)/out and GROCERY TRANSPORT (once a week). We always recommend that you do your substantial shopping before check-in. Parking in the Bessimo area is unattended in a quiet residential area at the beginning of the mule track. Other things to note Casa VIGNA is a perfect solution for sustainable tourism through the use of E-BIKES. It is in fact easily accessible and has a video surveillance garage where you can store and recharge bicycles (availability of electrical outlets). Booking rules: The house can be booked for 5 consecutive nights or more. A reservation for 2 guests is intended as a reservation for ONE bedroom and ONE bathroom. If two guests wish to book the entire apartment with TWO bedrooms and TWO bathrooms, there is a surcharge of 35 euros per night.
