For electric cars, there is a charging station 300 meters away and there is a well-developed network of ENERGISED charging stations in the surrounding area. Due to the fantastic, quiet location, the apartment offers stunning mountain views as well as an unforgettable view over the valley floor of Längenfeld. Furnished with a lot of love for detail (fresh fruit, accessories in the bathroom…), there is a vacation with a feel-good factor here! Our TVs are Chromecast compatible. Coffee lovers can experience the full coffee enjoyment with a Bialetti espresso machine, with a hand grinder and coffee beans from Joseppe Kaffee from our district of Imst. Made from the Pure Green natural series in our valley, care products are available in the bathroom. Elke occasionally pampers you (for a fee) with Tyrolean delicacies. The apartment is an ideal starting point for many hiking and mountain tours, climbing, skiing, sledding and downhill biking. The well-known action paradise "Area 47" can be reached in 25 minutes by car. The Lehner waterfall via ferrata is about 3 km away. The free ski bus takes you to Sölden, Obergurgl or the Hochoetz family ski area. The bus stop and the entrance to the cross-country ski trails are approx. 800 meters away. The center of Längenfeld with restaurants, shops and much more is about 4 km away. The apartment is well located, e.g. only 18 km to Sölden (large ski resort!!) We are happy to help you organize your activities. Please note that a tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night must be paid in cash on site! Guest access Our guests have access to their booked apartment and the associated parking space in front of the house. Other things to note Included: Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels, Nespresso coffee machine (incl. starter pack of capsules) and much more. Exclusive: bread service, minibar, "expense contribution" for the delicacies (if desired), tourist tax Digital registration and guest card: Due to requirements of the state of Tyrol, we as hosts are obliged to collect all data of the guest in advance for the registration. If we, you as a guest and we as a host, do not comply with this requirement, high penalties may be due. To make the registration as easy as possible for you as a guest, you will also receive the digital registration form with the message 2 days before arrival.
