This spacious room with small ensuite, shower & off road parking is 0.5 mls from the coastal path, great for walkers. Close to several wedding venues, near Combe Martin and beach with close proximity to Exmoor and the pretty harbour in Ilfracombe. Berrynarbor has an excellent village shop run by volunteers plus 2 pubs. Nearby are water sports, quad biking & clay pigeon shooting, Watermouth Castle, plus the beach in Combe Martin and its Dinosaur Park. Ilfracombe nearby offers boat trips The space The room is spacious with bay windows giving afternoon & evening sun and magnificent views of countryside with partial sea views from the property. Croissants, fruit. tea and coffee are included. Guest access Apart from your room, you will have access to the snug with its small convection oven fridge. toaster. kettle and TV. You will also have use of the garden and terrace. During your stay I will do everything I can to make your stay enjoyable and to help you with directions and suggestions of places to visit. Please note that coffee a choice of tea and croissants are included. Other things to note I have a lovely, friendly cat which is not allowed in the snug or the bedrooms. The house is not ideal for wheelchair access or small children in the garden unless they are under strict supervision.
