Villa for a perfect family vacation - 6 bedrooms

We are renting out our spacious viilla that is located next to an amazing lake and forest – yet only 15 mins from Copenhagen. The house has a large terrace where up to 12 persons can have outside dinner while enjoying the fantastic views. Up to 12 persons sleeps in the 6 different bedrooms, where several of them have stunning views of the lake and direct access to the large garden. The house is located right next to a beautiful forest. Direct train to Copenhagen every 10 minuttes. The space We have being using Airbnb for several years as very happy guests and are now trying something new: We are renting out our luxurious and spacious (+300 square meter) house that is located next to an amazing lake and forest – yet only 15 mins from Copenhagen. The spacious living room is the heart of the house. It is directly connected to the large terrace overlooking our lake and with en suite access to the kitchen. The dining table seats 10-12 persons. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances - including Kitchen Aid, large gas stove from SMEG, Nespresso and a huge side-by side fridge and freezer and of course dishwasher and microwave oven. The house features two bathrooms. One is located at the upper level, the other at the garden level. Both are modern and brand new (from 2019/2020). Our house sleeps up to persons in the 6 different bedrooms, where several of them have stunning views of the lake and direct access from the bedroom to the large garden. The large garden (3.000 square meters) is partly covered by a lovely lake. It has two large lawns. Feel free to use the boat (life jackets are provided). The house also has a greenhouse with tomatoes, cucumbers, chilly (feel free to pick whatever is in season) and an outside strawberry bed. All produce is of course organic. Large and new BBQ grill. - Kitchen with large dining table for +10 people – en suite access to living room - Living room (large couch, comfy chairs). 65 inch smart tv. - Bedroom 4: Double bed for two Level 0 (garden level): - Bedroom 5: Queen size sofabed for two with direct access to garden - Bedroom 6: Queen size sofabed for two with direct access to garden and private access via own entrance. With 65 inch smart tv and Playstation 4. - Bathroom and WC: With shower, from year 2019 - Laundry room: Washer and dryer Outside: - Large garden with two large lawns (including soccer goal and balls) - Direct lake access with our own small boat (life jackets are included) - Green house with tomatoes, cucumbers, chilli - Fireplace (plenty of dry wood provided) - Four bicycles (two adults, two junior). If you need more (incl MTBs), they can be rented for reasonable prices and the local MTB Tours shop (500 meters from house) - Parking spots for four cars Guest access The guests have access to the entire house (except two small rooms where we put our private stuff).
