The accommodation is in an old barn, it is located in a quiet hamlet of the Ayas Valley, 5 km from Verrès. Champoluc with its ski slopes and new hot springs is a 20-minute drive. Saint Vincent with its thermal baths and casino is about 12 km away. Aosta is 30 km away. Ideal base for long walks in nature, in the area we can find the natural reserve of Lake Villa with the ruins of the Challant castle, the Isollaz waterfall and multiple naturalistic attractions. The space The property of about 80 square meters has just been built, renovating a rural building that housed an old barn. The attention to detail makes it a magical place to spend a vacation or a simple weekend in the name of peace and tranquility, surrounded by the surrounding nature. Guest access The accommodation consists of two bedrooms on the attic floor, separate and livable kitchen, living room and bathroom. A nice wooden balcony belongs to the property. A parking spot is always reserved. A garden equipped with a grill and solarium is available to our customers. Other things to note The place is new, just finished furnishing.
