Castillo del Romeral is a small seaside town (population 3,000) with natural salt pools on the ocean shore that have a soothing effect on body and soul (2 minutes away). Excellent fish restaurants, 4 grocery stores, a post office, a pharmacy, and bars – all of this is located within walking distance of my home – each of these places can be reached in 2-5 minutes. Welcome! The space First floor of the house: 2 rooms (one double room with a large, new comfortable bed and a single room with a large bed - bathroom only for guests. My house is ideal for people who like peace and respect animals (there is a small dog and a cat on the premises). Important: on the 1st floor there are 2 rooms: a double room and a single room. If both rooms are occupied - the bathroom is shared between the 2 rooms. Importent : The terrace with a view of the ocean is on the 3rd floor of the house. To get to the 1st terrace you have to climb 2 flights of stairs and to get to the terrace with a view you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. During your stay 25/24 Other things to note Who is my place for? - For pet lovers - there's a small dog and a cat on site. - For those seeking peace and quiet away from the world of The Matrix... there aren't many attractions in the village... so I don't recommend my place to those who enjoy nightlife :) - The private bathroom is shared between two rooms on the first floor (no more than two guests). - Castillo del Romeral is a great base for exploring the island - a 15-minute drive to Playa del Ingles, a 30-minute drive to Las Palmas. Bus number 8 runs hourly around the village - except on weekends - and buses run 24 hours a day from Juan Grande (a 15-minute walk). Important information: Vegan and vegetarian breakfasts are not included in the room rate. Please inquire and book in advance.
