En Suite! Only Upstairs Bedroom with TV

This is a private bedroom w its own bathroom inside in a quiet townhouse in East Edmond. There is only one guestroom upstairs making this room more private. This is NOT an entire house listing. The townhouse is located 5 min from the Univ. of central OK. It’s also located close to two highways, I35 and Broadway extension within a 5 min drive. It’s a 25 min drive to Downtown OKC. Many shops & restaurants are close by. The space Smart TV, Queen sized bed, Desk and lamp with cordless phone charger and many drawers throughout the room for storage. Couch and glass table. Huge walk in closet and new bamboo floors in your private upstairs space. Guest access Pool during summer with key from owners. Basketball court. Kitchen, dining, laundry, and living areas. During your stay I do not live on this property but I live 10 minutes away. You can call/text for any questions. I would like to give you as much space as possible in your private bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note Please reserve with an accurate number of guests who are entering the house and the room. There is a security camera at the front door. If there are more than reserved guest number, I will need to contact a booker for alternation on reservation. I do not accept any other guests not listed in any reservations to insure the safety of all guests in this townhouse. Please DO NOT RING BELL OR KNOCK THE DOOR when you come in. This is a townhouse I own with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Your AirBnB is upstairs. All rooms have their own bathrooms so you don’t share your bathroom with others. Please respect QUIET TIME 10pm-6am in common areas in the house. Please avoid the time to do laundry since one guest room is right by the laundry area. The parking lot is by the neighborhood clubhouse on Windhill Ave (one street before Three Stars Road's alley). ONE MINUTE WALK. DO NOT PARK ON FIRE LANE/ Handicap sign. Immediate towing happens by HOA's rule. Loading/Unloading on Three Stars Road is allowed. More than 48 hours parking on streets will receive warning stickers and will be TOWED BY CAR OWNER'S EXPENSE! In refrigerator in kitchen, there is open space for guests to use. I don’t have anything inside of refrigerator for guests. The items in refrigerator are other guests’. Please put used dishes in dishwasher. No used dishes in sink please. Please keep the common places cleaned after you use.
