Depèndence of 17th century villa with private swimming pool (open from june to september 9h-19h) and private historic garden. The cottage is one of a pair set, each cottage has its own terrace and private sicilian garden. It has a double room, a twin room, a living room with a double sofa bed (for 1 person), a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Is 3km far from the sea and 15 from Palermo. Linen and towels included, we also provide swimming pool towels so you can travel light. The space The cottage is one of a pair set within the ancient outer stone wall of the Castello San Marco. The thick walls and 4 m. high vaulted ceilings allow cool air to circulate throughout the 100 square metres of confortable accomodation offered. Each cottage has its own terrace and private Sicilian garden. Bedroom 1 (20 sq.m., vaulted ceiling 4m high): double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, suite bathroom with shower, baby cot. Bedroom 2: twin beds, chest of drawers, coat rack. Bathroom 1 (suite bathroom): wc, bidet, shower. Bathroom 2: wc, bidet, shower. Living room (20 sq.m., vaulted ceiling 4m high): Double sofa bed (for 1 person), satellite TV, air conditioning, wi-fi internet access. Kitchen (20 sq.m., vaulted ceiling 4m high): fridge, freezer,washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, gas cooker with oven, microwave, dining table and chairs. Terrace: dining table with chairs, deck chairs. Guest access Guests have their private areas (cottage, terrace and a part of the garden) and the shared area of the swimming pool that is to share with owners and with guests of the other cottage. Swimming pool is available every day since june to september between 9h-19h. Other things to note Cottage: Starting from July 1st of 2023 TOURIST TAX IS DUE to Comune di Santa Flavia. The amount of 2 € per day for each guest is to be be paid cash at check in. Baby cot on request. Linen and towels included, we also provide the towels for the swimming-pool. Outside cottages: each cottage has its own terrace and private sicilian garden about 500 mq., barbecue, table, chairs, deckchairs. The outstanding swimming pool (14 x 7m, max.depth 3m ) is located in a secluded garden of about 800 sq.m near a large shaded area under the trees.
